12/28 Finally a Smash em up day

Finally had a day like we've been accustomed to having!  Today we had 11 hunters in the field and harvested 40 birds.  Nice change of pace after having some really tough hunts this season.  From visiting with the clients they assured me that they had every opportunity to get those four birds...they just had some shotshells with no shot in them!!  Very happy to make this report, but certainly not convinced that we have had a big push and that we are out of the woods.  I think the wind and change of temps really had a lot to do with our success.  Hoping that we continue tomorrow with this again!
