HPW Bird Report >> Spring 2011

Lot's of birds in the area.  Can't remember seeing this many; it is incredible.  The hunting has been very good too with the only problem we have is that the birds are grouping up and patterning which has made them a little harder to stop at times.  We had 5 out of 6 limits Thursday (shooting issues)  4 out of 6 limits friday (bird traffic didn't come to one pit) Saturday 11 out of 14 limits (one pit got blanked the birds had a field behind that they were going to and would not stop!) and 20 ducks on saturday evening and Sunday 5.5 of 6 limits with a few ducks.  All in all a great weekend!  Monday and Tuesday no hunters then back at it Wednesday!  Go to High Plains Wingshooters on facebook to get daily updates/photos and details!
